With an increasingly busy and stressful lifestyle, it is even more important to pause and be mindful. The techniques are deceptively simple but powerful and have been used since ancient times. Dr Jackson does one on one mindfulness sessions as an Ovio instructor and is a trained Relax Kids coach.
